Check out the result of IPconfig on my Windows 10 device (which has IPv6 working from my ISP): Connection-specific DNS Suffix. IPv6 is, as I said, weird if you have only ever used IPv4 in the past. Does it start with "fe80"? If it does, your ISP has not activated IPv6 for your service because this is just the self-assigned IPv6 address (link local address). What is the IPv6 address on the WAN side. Rather than drill down into the weeds there's one important question to start with. Hi! IPv6 is a little weird in terms of how it works but I think we can get you there.
